Pushwa! They're not going to suspend the Constitution!

President Bush is just adding a signing statement to it..... especially the 22nd Ammendment so he can run for office again..... for life.....

You people worry too much.

I mean, the U.S. has tested radiation exposure and experimental anthrax shots on its own soldiers for decades now..... we're just opening up the pool of viable test subjects is all. (P.S., yes the Anthrax shot is supposed to burn like that.... you'll get used to them by the sixth series.....)
