I suggest that skins of planes from 1939 to 1945 that were not flown in combat be permitted to be flown in the Training Arena. The British had captured German planes painted with roundels and flown to RAF bases to show pilots the performance of the German planes. Germans did the same sort of thing with captured Allied planes. Americans captured Zeros and other planes and painted stars on them. Then also the Yippee skin could be flown on the P-38J. As long as the skin was authentic and used in the war years, I suggest permitting them in the TA.
