Try the Macallan 30-yr old single malt, done in the sherry cask.

Macallan Site - 30Yr Old

Consumer Warning -
This Scotch is so fine that you might sell your mother/wife/children for a 2nd bottle.

Yes.

I have an 18 year 43% that's now 25 years old, and a newer 30 year 40% Speyside. Yum.

Chilled? Are you mental??? :O :O Good single-malt whisky is never chilled and should never be contaminated by ice, water or anything else.

Certain blended whiskies may benefit from ice, but never a good single-malt

Scotch is like wine - different occasions demand different whiskies. However, if I could only have one more bottle, it would be a 20 year old Springbank. Or possibly a Talisker. Or maybe a Highland Park. Or perhaps....

By the way, its Burns Night next week (the 25th) - the perfect excuse to dust off your favourite bottle and raise a dram in memory of the bard.

How is he going to get any work done with you all keeping him pissed? Let him sober up occasionally.

I dont know about you, but I would need to be pissed if I worked for HTC and read these boards each day

Infact I heard a rumor that Waffle's welcome gift from HT was an AA membership...

I also heard that it wasn't a "coffe" Skuzzy was going for when he tripped over the server power cord, and thats why he tripped

:p

i was gonna say "kill him", but remembered that the best and only way to enjoy whisky is to drink it the way one prefers it.

So instead i say "bottoms up" ! :aok

I'd like to see the full range of B-25s again.  That used to be really cool in that *other game*.  Big-ol 75mm, all them .50s... neato.
Everyone I know, goes away, in the end.

The only pitfall with that plan is......

I might "intercept" that package before it gets down the hall.
