Just an opinion based poll really. Im just curious about what you think is the best ride in each MA. Not so much based on stats, just your preferences. The late war MA has way too many good ones and has been discussed over and again I know. But im intrested more in the EW/MW. So whats your  top 2-3 in each MA?

Mine

Early War- The P-38G and 109F4. The Hurri IIC is handy when things are very ugly.:D

Mid War- P-38J is awsome, same with the Spit 8. I'll give the 109F4 an honorable mention as damn fun too.

Late War- long list but my favorites are the Ki-84( my favorite ride in the game) P-38L, and F4U-1C. Big shocker there. I'll up a Spit 16, La7 if it suits me plus they are fun. I also like the 109K4. I went on a bit there but like I said, too many potent killers in the Late War.

Fly the Spit V in Midwar.  Last I checked the 38G was perked and I don't fly Perk planes :)

MW/LW   P38G.  Just cause I like it.  Spit VIII if it gets too crowded to get the 38G up.

109-F4, vastly underrated.  With proper gunnery, it's practically an "easymode" plane in any arena.

109 f4 is little monster for sure.

OT

What is this "easymode" you speak of ?

Is there a dot command or some such?

I'd like to know. I feel I'm working much too hard, shooting down enemy AC.

 :noid

F4U-1A

Can E-fight, can TnB, has manly guns instead of the easy mode cannons of the C-Hog. Plus, it can dive like a homesick rock!

Late war, since to my usual playing times there are not many around in MW, EW.

Fighters:
109-G14 (20mm setup, often with gonds)
F4U-1A when I up from CVs

Attackers:
110G2
Mossie when I want to pack more bombs

Bombers:
Basically anything other than B17, Lanc or B24. I try to strike tactically, VH, Dar, FH
