Where Will This All End?

Just wondering, Skuzzy, where will all this board's posts end?  Or will they?  They're great fun and often enlightening, but with more than 2 million posts already, where is the eventual saturation point?

When the board gets x number of posts, will it be truncated starting with the oldest posts?  

Or will our immortal ramblings be:

(a)  preserved forever

(b)  printed out and burnished into airfoil for HiTech's next aircraft

(b)  bequethed to a psychiatric institute as case studies?

I suspect things will get a bit wonky once we reach 0xffffffff posts, unless a full transition to 64 bits is made before we reach that, then we will be good until 0xffffffffffffffff posts.  At that point, the server will implode.

Would pulling the plug on the server reset all the post counts??????
