By secondary, I assume you mean a second account.  You'll need the POP3 server's name (for incoming) and the SMTP server's name (for outgoing) provided by the email service.  Once you have those and the account name and password it should work.  What is the problem?  Can't get email, or can't send email?

If the email client just won't give you the option of having a second account, uninstall it, then reinstall it.  That might clear whatever is blocking.

Cat6 is just the latest approved cable specification.  It has better frequency response and lower signal loss.  Cat5 cable will start to disappear as production shifts to the newer specs. Cat7 is in the works already.

Hence why my work uses D-Link.
