who said .50's, i sure didn't. rockets & cannons, why the hell would you go deack with .50's????

and sorry i don't film anything. i'm just playing a game no need to break down and film study since i'm not worried about rank, score and what anyone else thinks.

Deacking in a plane with cannon and rocks is not tough....or even with just a plane full of rocks...i actually enjoy doing it b/c of the satisfying boom :)

Take 2 P38Ls with rocks, and scissor back and forth across the field starting from 8-10K.  Stay above 3K using rocks (1 per gun)...usually you and your bud have killed 12-20 guns with just rocks.  after 4 or 5 passes.

Continue with cannons when rocks are gone by jinking on ingress and egress so the auto tracking auto guns have trouble hitting you.  You'll take a few hits, but, hey...you have TWO engines!

(note - does not work with an LTAR, Zazen, or any other skilled shooter in a manned gun)

Why not?  .50 cals are good enough to kill field acks.  You just have to make sure that you're hitting the gun and not around it.  If I strafe the acks, I only use my 4x .50 cals as I don't see the waste of using my 20mm rounds to take them out.

This is poppycock!  It's twice wrong.  Firstly, calling six requires little effort and no risk.  Helping engage takes risk but the primary variable is one's own skill.  Attacking anti-aircraft guns, however, is nearly certain death regardless of the skill of those attacking.  Secondly, as noted previously, many do not care about ground-pounding.  The game's called Aces High, and that's what I get out of it - aerial combat, not ground attack.  Why should a player be expected to engage in an unfair and un-fun activity?

Post a film please.  I mean a consistant series of hits, not a one-time event.

de-acking is not terribly hard to do.  One person can do it if theyre carrying cannons.  You have to pick angles that give you the upper hand.  Start at one end of field and make your time in the "fire" as short as possible taking out one to two guns at a time.  Rinse and repeat!  Job done! :aok

Film, please!  I've never seen a single flier kill all or even most of the anti-aircraft fire without being damaged enough to put him out of the fight.  I'm not talking about the impatient ones who hang around, either.  I mean the ones who use proper tactics.  They still always get pasted.  If you're going to call knocking out all the anti-aircraft guns "easy" you'd better post proof that you've at least done it once.

it takes a little patience for sure, but I have done it way too many times to bother with someone who is going to call me a liar about it!  I usually only film my fights in 1 vs multiples, not deacking a field! LMAO!  Use angles and topoagraphy to help,  such as making your eggression path on the outer side of the indestructable or hill!  It really isn't that hard to do, bro!:aok
