Why can't we e-mail HTC?
« on: June 14, 2000, 04:49:00 PM »
I get the following message when I try to send an e-mail to support@hitechcreations.com:

Recipient address: support@hitechcreations.com
Reason: Message rejected; bad return address.
Diagnostic code: smtp; 550 5.0.0 Access denied
  Remote system: dns; imail.applink.net (TCP|205.151.222.106|39186|206.149.40.1|25) (applink.applink.net ESMTP Sendmail 8.10.1/8.10.1; Wed, 14 Jun 2000 16:46:08 -0500) (applink.applink.net Hello falla.videotron.net [205.151.222.106], pleased to meet you)

I'm sending the e-mail using my account at my ISP (videotron.ca), not any Hotmail or Yahoo Mail account.

I assure you, I know how to configure my e-mail client. I've been on the Internet since 1992, when the Web was only used by nuclear physicists.
