Question about gunners
« on: February 07, 2007, 02:30:14 PM »
I was wondering, as I do not do alot of bombing and almost never have had a gunner other than myself aboard...Lets say you are in a fighter attacking bombers and you get shot down.  Lets say an onboard gunner, not the bomber pilot scored the hits that brought you down.

When you get the "So n So shot you down" message, is the enemy name given in the message, the gunner or the bomber pilot?

Thanks.

gunner.

Also something I've found, if someone says on country channel "Anyone need a gunner?"  Is a surefire indicator that they are not very good at gunning.
