Is there anyone available tonight for some training?  
Ill check back in 10 mins or so since these forums are so active.

Very hard for me to schedule too much in advance.  Sorry if I posted this in the incorrect area.

10 minutes notice on a Friday Night with Friday Night Squad Ops happening, not much chance there.

If you can work out a time more in advance, you can try getting with a trainer through the form at (I know you said that's hard, but if possible, the best way)

I gather from your post that you didnt manage to hook up with Ghosth last week? If you have difficulties scheduling in advance, just do as ted suggested and hop in the Training Arena. On the weekend, the coverage on Trainers is usually pretty good. Bring some patience with you though, weekend also means that were pretty busy usually.

I will be in the TA later today European evening. I have two scheduled sessions untill about 3pm EST, but ill probably stick around for a little longer anyway.
