it's the film viewer, you just record your flight go back into the film viewer and you have access to all the views.  You can tell when they use the film viewer because all the skins are default except the author's plane.

I haven't yet messed with the film viewer yet - I probably should since it looks like a really good way to dissect those "How did that happen!?" moments.

Photographer at Debden snapped this pilots jubilant 'buzz-job' from atop the base control tower... presumably as he dove for the floor- note the railing at the bottom of the photo.
