Hehehe true story about PETA. I live in Virginia Beach and their HQ is here in Norfolk. I drive past the building twice a day going back and forth to work. My first year here, 1999, I was coming home from work on a nice clear November afternoon and as I came up the road towards their building traffic was stopped in the right hand lane and there was a large crowd in the street. As I got closer I see this guy in his station wagon, windows rolled up, and he's on his cell phone looking real worried. His car is blowing steam from under the hood, leaking radiator fluid on the ground, and there is a really nice 8 point buck tied down on the roof of his car. Poor hunter broke down right in front of their building and they were mobbing his car. I wanted to pull over and help but the situation wasn't looking to good and I figured it would be better to let the cops deal with it.
The local radio rock station FM99 also holds a stripper fishing tournament (PETA Fishing Tournament) every year in the bay right off their building as well. They always try and protest it but their are too many people here that hate those idiots so the tournament always has a good turnout.
