To work with it you can:
Right-Click > Save Picture As…
Open it in Paint
Select All (Ctrl-A) and Copy (Ctrl-C)
Open another picture in Paint and Paste (Ctrl-V)
Now right-click on lime green in the color palette and look for the Set Transparent Background tool at the bottom of the toolbar.
Lime green should now be transparent.
Here’s a PNG of just his head:
It will respond to transparency the same way.
