I was just wondering if there was any Masons that played this game. I was thinking of joining but have a lot of ? is there someone to help me out???

Sixpence Thankyou verry much I have been invited to a lodge this tuesday to summit my aplication. I hope all goes well My Grandfather was something like on the 32th degree Im not shure how high that is but he was a freemason. Well agin guys thanks for the info to ya's:aok  And wish me luck:O

take the time to study all aspects , theres alot involved in becoming a member.

My Dad and Grandfather was/ is a mason ,,, and I know alot of others that are ... they do alot of good in the community and sponsor alot of activities /projects for kids ...

Just be prepared for the $$$ (donation/due's) factor involved .

32nd Degree is the highest you get (Scottish rite)... unless your elected to Grand poobah (jk)

all i can say is beware some of the local org's can be as corrupt as the mafia .

I think 32nd degree is pretty much standard for a serious freemason, its the 33rd degree that takes some doing.   Thats when you get let in on all the secret stuff.

I hope you don't become one of those that put the symbols all over your car and wave your ring under everyones nose, those things are only there to impress non-masons.  A true Brother will know you regardless.

There are many who labor with the stone. Not nearly as many as belabor them however.

If you have serious questions talk to the lodge bretheren. They will answer any and all that pertain to the level of Free Masonry you are at and any general questions you might have.

There are 2 paths to take once you have become a Master Mason, either the York Rite or Scottish Rite. Ask the members of your Blue Lodge about them both. Chances are you have members of both in the Blue Lodge.

All my grandfather had was a small lapell pin he wore. I never saw his ring until after he passed. My mom said it was given to him by the guys at the lodge as a present or something like that. But no Im not going to flash my involvement around like most people do. If I make it in i will be proud to be a mason but Ive never been one to flash things around. (well exept my Support Your Troops magnet) but other than that I am just a regular guy that wants to give back to my town and help other people out and be part of something that has the comroderry to it.<-- sorry if mis spelled LOL
