DDHELP.EXE p.o.s. DX crap! help?

I was checking out the film viewer tonight, and crash to desktop, with an error window,

DDHELP caused an invalid page fault in
module <unknown> at 0000:98797f20.

This happens alot. Even when just playing AH.
Any ideas?

This continues until I reboot.

That's a new one for me....

Try re-installing DX7.0a and see what happens... it's worth a try.
