TBM pilot too small?

Either the pilot of the TBM is too small or the TBM itself is too big!
At the picture below, the pilot doesn't even reach the headrest!

Comparing our 'bail-out guy' to the real one, it looks like ours is way too small!

Have you thought that the Guy in the real one could have been real big ?

I agree the AH guy is too low but I really don't think it is that far out. That TBM cockpit is big!

Maybe the Real one isn't real but AH XX with CGI  A sort of secret suprise Dale is cooking up ;)

What was the height limits to be a pilot during ww2????
I think it's 6'3" in the raf now, not sure on the little end of the scale but the smaller the better because of the g-forces i would imagine.

Maybe the pilot is too small, but the TBM is a very large plane. I was surprised how big it is when I walked around it.

I think the pilot in the AH TBM is modeled about exact as that real one in the photo in the second post.  The AH one just looks like he is sitting lower!  Maybe he needs booster seat! :D

The Avenger is one large plane indeed, you can stand up straight below its wings!
But still, the pilot is far too small in my eye

take in account that the guy flying the real one was probubly over 20 years old and the guys flying in WWII were 20 ish then we just got a slightly short fellow in the cocpit lol...... but then again our version's head doesnt come up to the headrest lol
