cops won`t do anything and the INS are too lazy to go get them. they wait for the dumb ones to come to their door to ask for legal papers.

It's situations like this that I wish there was some kind of focused EMP type device available...fry their system.

Another situation would be when I come across one of those speakers/mega-amps with wheels....BOOM BOOM BOOM.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzziiiiii ppppp......problem solved and some kid's out a few hundred (possibly thousand) bucks.

get a universal remote control that "learns"  find the code for their stereo, and hit the power button.

I'd say you would get in more trouble for impersonating an officer then they would for being in this country illegally.
