I've heard that both were okay the pilot in second aircraft ejected soon after. I've heard that alot of collisions happen in the process of acm training. Think how many collisions happen in this game and others like Falcon 4 or Lomac that tout extreme realism so if it happens in sims you can imagine it happens in real life. I'm sure they have rules of engagement to help that though. My heart goes out to those guys i hate to have to see any of are service men and women go through that....Sad though:confused: :O

Well if the people who comment are right, "mark" means ejection.  Scary stuff, hope they both got out ok.

I've seen the whole video of that one. It was an Israeli F-15 and the pilot managed to bring the plane back and land it while missing the right wing.

Its a splice of 2 videos. The collision took place over the Yellow Sea off the West coast of South Korea on December 15, 1982. First video + audio was from an F-16 and a Marine Corps F-4 phantom midair. The 2nd video showing the F-15 is from a training midair, but the video of the spinning is again from the F-16 and F-4 midair.

None of the audio is from the F-15 hit.

This is the true unaltered version of the video:

Yeah that was the one I was thinking about when I made my post earlier. Freaking unreal that he brought that plane back.

I think it refers to marking the stricken jets position for SAR.
