I'd love to see it in AH, but Im afraid it'll render the TBM useless (SBC also carried torpedoes right? Or just a dive-bomber?)
Being the dive-bomber it is, it'll also scrap out the SBD because of:

Higher speed
Bigger payload
More payload (rockets)
Better armament (20mm's)

So one plane will replace 2 of our planes! Not a good idea IMO

Yes, we need the 1944 SB2C because the 1943 SBD-5 and 1943 TBM-3 are beng so overpowered by the 1936 D3A1 and 1938 B5N2.

Those Japanese just built aircraft so far ahead of their time.....

Oh, wait....

We need the SB2C not because it will render the SBD obsolescent, but because a lot of them were built, they were fielded in large numbers, and they were the U.S. Navy's dive bomber at the end of the war.  They wouldn't be available in the EW, so the SBD would still have a place--not to mention the SBD's importance as a SEA aircraft.  They first saw combat at Rabaul in November of 1943, and there were in excess of 7,000 produced.  The rapidity with which HTC delivers the SB2C is up for debate, but ultimately, I'd believe it would be their intent to model the plane.  Not holding my breath for it any time soon...

TBM's flew until the end of the war and beyond, as the SB2C was a replacement for the SBD, not the Turkey...

The tails should spontaneously fall off, just like the real ones.

i would also like the A-35 Avenger. it had 6x 50cal. ( can't find the book about it so i dunno the bombload). it was used by the americans as a trainer but by the Brits as dive bomber.

the game is concentrated on combat, not on shaking the screen.

Also, alotta the stuff I've read mentions that the Helldiver crews called it the "Son-Of-A-***** 2nd Class."
____S______B____2___C

I suppose of some of the planes less-desirable chararistics. But yes, an important plane, we really should have it.

Well, I suppose if the actual random failures of some of the aircraft in the planeset were modelled in the game, there'd be some seriously bent out of shape folks regarding a lot of planes from countries I'll fail to mention so I don't get pounded.
