A master volume control for all sounds, if this was implemented it would really alleviate the aggravation of having to turn down all the major sounds manually in order to be able to hear MP3s in background.

You shouldnt be running anything in the background while playing AH. Burn the MP3´s to an CD and play it on the stereo.
