Spears goes nuts on paparazzi
« on: February 24, 2007, 03:21:29 PM »
As whacky as she has become
I'm gonna haveta side with her on this one
I keep hoping someone  puts a serious buttwhipping on one of these clowns. They are IMO among the lowest form of animal

Her only fault is she stopped and she didnt use a baseball bat

Spears goes nuts

Personallly I think any paparazzi caught following someone around like this should be charged, convicted and jailed with stalking and harrassment

They should have periodic paparazzi cullings in LA and New York.

Hmmm Lets see. if you or I followed someone around taking pictures wherever they went even after they asked you to stop. We'd be arrested and jailed on both counts

Why? you arent one of those scumbag paparazzi are you?

Paparazzi are scum.  I don't envy that part of celebrity lives but they dang well knew it came with the territory.   They seek fame and fortune, and they must take the negatives that come with it.  They don't like it, get off the radar screen.

Britney Spears has obviously suffered a breakdown, probaby precipitated by some sort of addiction.  It doesn't help that she was thrust into fame way to young, taken advantage of buy money hungry parasites.  Of course, being a not very intelligent person hasn't  helped her either.

True.  and they've always been there But it seems like in the old days they at least showed some amount of respect. or at least human decency

These dirtbags today have no couth whatsoever

Yanno what I would do if I were a celbrity.
Is hire someone to follow one of them around catch and take pictures of them in compromising positions. Then put them out for the media. :D

there is a difference between following someone all over the place and then jamming a camera in their faces and taking a million and one pictures and simply photographing someone in a public place.

the way they went about it I would consider an attempted assault and probably would have beat the guys brains in in self defence And when you follow someone all over creation.
Sorry but thats stalking.
You or I go to jail for that

a public figure in a public place can be photographed for editorial purposes without their consent.

that is the law now, are some of you nanny state lovers saying you want to restrict a free press? don't we have enough laws now, you want more?
