Miss you and your posts Andy.

Hope all is well with you, yours and those around you.

I thank you for all the help you have given me, in good times and sorrow ones.

Wish you'd still post in here... Lord knows more than I could enjoy your words.

:aok

I'm just messing with you Mac.  Was wanting to hear a concert of crickets and frogs.

P.S.  You miss your buddy Seagoon I guess.

Hi AW,

I'm sorry for my long absence. I genuinely miss the O'Club as well, but I haven't had much time for posting and none at all for flying. That has a lot to do with going cold Turkey on AH2 after my wife put her foot down (rightly so - it had moved to addiction status).

Lots has been happening of late. A lot of people in our congregation are currently deployed or deploying, in fact next week I'll be losing one of my ruling elders to his second tour in Afghanistan, and two families are heading off to Ft. Wainwright in AK (I hear its currently -8 Celsius up there!). We've had some truly amazing answers to prayer lately, and by God's grace although a lot of members have lost friends in the past year and we've had some close calls we've had zero casualties from our congregation.

We have the new baby of course, we are looking at buying land to build our own church building, and I'm trying to press on with my ThD. Been doing a lot of counseling of late as well. I did finally get a guy to help me out with Admin, so that's a huge blessing, I may be able to postpone the previously scheduled aneuryism till next year now.

As to what I've been up to of late apart from that MAC, its mostly stuff like the following, I don't know if you be interested in this or if it was discussed here, but I preached a response to last week's "Lost Tomb of Jesus" nonsense.
The MP3 link to the sermon is here & The PDF is here

Well that's enough of my life of Seagoon letter for now. Anyway, I miss shooting the breeze here too, and Mac I truly hope you are doing well, or at least much better than when we last spoke. I'll try to start checking in on a more regular basis after I get back from next week's conference. Please feel free to email me if you ever need to.

- SEAGOON

Seagoon,

Nice to hear of the good stuff from your neck of the woods.
Miss reading your posts, but I understand about getting more connected to life beyond the monitor screen. You always brought a lot to the table in these forums.
I look forward to listening to your sermon on the so-called Jesus Tomb.
Keep defending the faith, sir.

Best Regards,
Sun
