2 Free Weeks?

nullAs Tech NG now working, reposted from another forum.

Downloaded game today, set it up, logged into main arena no problems. Died several times, had fun, left the arena.

Tried to log back online later in the day...err no.

Apparantly my two week FREE subscription has expired. TWO WEEKS??? Make that around 5 hours!!

I keep getting the requester telling me that I have to pay as my free period has expired.

Have tried various suggestions, including deleting the log-in file in "settings" , without success.

Seems to me that this must be a host issue. Any techs able to look into this for me?

Mails sent to HTC support. No replies as yet.

Icon,

HT and Company are all at the Convention this weekend.  If you can wait until Monday I suggest you give them a call then and they should fix you right up.

However when you call talk softly.  They will probably be suffering some after effects of the Con.

Ah right.

That explains why I havn't had a reply to my mails.

Kinda expensive to ring though (UK), so I guess I'll have to wait for an email reply.
