Gone too far?

Linkie

This is across the headlines in my area. I have details as the "Grace" mentioned in the interview is my neighbors kid.

Basically they do this high-five like Goose and Mavrick off Top Gun, but instead of the second clap being a "low hand" they smack each others arses.

A substitute teacher saw two boys do it to and decided to call the police, who arrested the boys and put them in Juvey where they have been for 4 days now.

These two boys now face 10 years in Jail per arse they smacked and also they have to register as sex offenders.

They are 12 and 13.

As the father of a 13 yr old boy and 12 yr old girl, i think that is one of the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard of. That school superintendent should be taken out back and beat.

sounds like the 18 your old guy here in WI that got his 17 year old SENIOR Girlfriend pregnant, and the parents of BOTH knew, and "all was good" they got married whatever, then he got prosecuted as a sex offender, can never have contact with the mother or child, and at 19 has to register as a "sex offender" for "molesting" a child the rest of his life, wherever he goes.

it was even appealed to the governor fukn liberal Jim Doyle, and ignored... even the parents of the GIRL declined to "press charges" at the time, but the DA found out about it, and went on with the prosecution, and convicted in a 1 week case, with almost no real case, only a poor kid with a PD and almost no witnesses called. even the age of the "girl" wasn't brought up, or the parents of the "girl" in question, just he "impregnated" a minor, and to the jury made it sound like a 6 year old.

1/2 the state was pissed, and started a recall of the senator of the district, and the governor.  (to no avail sadly)

GD fukn liberal bastards piss me off to no end, there is no fukn end to their madness, and insanity, no matter what their constituents say.

I want to burn every liberal democrat at the stake on the lawn in front of the reflection pool of the Washington monument.

P.S.  I'll bring the marshmallows.

...but wouldn't that add to Global Warming, all that hot air being released at once?

Close to the same thing has just happened to the son of a close friend of mine. The difference being that both were under 18 at the time she became pregnant. They have juggled the boy in and out of jail for some time now. Charges would get tossed. They would rewrite and reword the charges and reintroduce them. The parents of the girl has made statements to everyone they can think of in support of the young couple with no favorable results.
My friends son is now being held in county jail awaiting transport to Safe P.

Sex before marriage is immoral.

"It's all good" by the parents doesn't exactly hold up in court. I don;t know what kind of backyard Pagan ritual those parents let their kids engage in, but they are bad examples of parents and solid American, Republican, and Christian values.

Those children must be forgiven, but still punished to the fullest extent of the law, and we will rejoice when society and the Lord wash the wickedness from their sinful, hedonistic ways.

The flames of Consequence will serve as a warning beacon to others who endeavor to engage in such disloyalty to the Lord.

I have a vague recollection of when I was in 1st or 2nd grade and I had a crush on this girl in my class.  Not really a "crush", I don't think I was old enough to get "the hots" for her, just interested in her like any red-blooded American boy would be at that age...  Anyhoo, I expressed this interest by pinching her butt a few times.  Immature, I know, but hey, I was 7 years old...  long story short, she told a teacher, my parents were called, and  they had "the talk" with me.  story over.  if that happened today I would probably be charged and branded a "sex offender".  sheesh...

This is weird.  You hear about violent youth all the time.  Then you hear cases like this.  What I don't understand is why you don't hear more about DA's getting shot or bludgeoned?

Were I placed in that position at 18 (when most of my g/f's were 17 or 16), I'd have hunted the man down with extreme prejudice.  Had such action been taken against me when I was 12 or 13, pretty sure my father's reaction would have been the same (then again, I was hunting at age 11.....).  Yes, I had a temper back then, was an avid hunter, and had a working knowledge of high explosives that I took with me into the Army.  (Anyone else make purchases from those Loompanic's Unlimited catalogs in the '80's?)  Guess I was both a sex offender and a terrorists when I was a young lad.

Sure was a lot of fun though.

Freaking amazing. Why is it that you folks let people who would persecute children like this hold the positions they do in your schools and law enforcement?

"McMinnville School Superintendent Maryalice Russell said the arrests were made because of alleged sex abuse and not because of the spanking."

Sounds like the spank shake is just a side issue.. maybe they crotch spanked some chick with a stiff finger.
