Rudder Pedals Not Functional
« on: September 23, 2000, 07:19:00 PM »
TM pedals, Logitech stick.  Connected to game controller.  PII/450.  Everything works in other sim.  Sometimes they work in AH but most of the time they do not.  MUCH FRUSTRATION.

When online, in-flight, choose SETUP, choose JOYSTICK, choose CALIBRATE.  Rudder indicator responds as expected.  Apply calibration, return to normal flight.  NO RUDDER via the pedals.

I've read all the readme.txt.  I've alt-f4'd out to desktop and verified pedals work.  I go into other sim, pedals work.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hatman,
Not sure how this will work for you but just for grins go to setup/joystick window and click on choose joystick.

When you get there your joystick should be highlighted in the center column. Look to the right hand column and see what is listed as rudder input. There should be something on the order of "RZ Axis" or something similar. If it is, then click on the "Set Inputs" button below that list.

BTW, you might check the left hand column first and highlight Rudder input and see what gets highlighted on the right column before clicking on Set Inputs.

Hope this helps.
