Hello I am Vortex01 a returning Pilot from several years ago, I migrated here initially from War Birds where I was a member of the Rough Raiders. I would like to find a squad that is not to intense or score minded, I do like to have fun at a hot field witch kills my score :-).
Formation flying: A definite yes I like it and want to learn to work as a group member in flight ops.
Fighters: Love flying the 51 and also the small light fighters in hot field ops.
Bombers : I flew bombers a bit and enjoy them mostly in large flight ops.
Tanks and such: I hav e a great time driving and getting killed in the tanks and end up in an ostie when I see that it is needed to protect the field. Troop transport ops are ok with me too.
Arenas: I would like to fly more in the historical arenas with a squad, I enjoy the limited vis and intensity of not knowing whats over the horizon.
Squad Meets: I am from the west coast (USA) and fly in the evenings for the most part, so a squad that gets together around 6-9 pst is what I am needing to be an effective member.
Let me know if your squad is a match for me and yell at me in the arenas. I am currently flying rook but as yet I am not an avid member of the country.
