tivo'd "Weaponology - Fighters" yesterday, was just watching it while I'm eating and I saw a funny segment. The narrator says "spitfire, mustang, hellcat, F-4, mig..." while the appropriate images go by... there's a spitfire, there's a mustang, there's an SBD... what!?!

Also showed an F-16 when talking about the F-4 Phantom and the nose mounted gun.

It may make it's mistakes, but i''d rather have the military channel than not.

Lets get rid of the 12.7mm guns on the thing already and go with the 50mm!!! I saw it on TV so it MUST be true right???

I can't remember the title of the show, but they were discussing the
Japanese bombing the US invasion fleet off Guadalcanal while showing
a very well known clip of stukas hitting british convoys in the channel.

I was wondering why the Japanese were using German airplanes to
attack the Brits over a year before they went to war with them.
