you really need to post this in the custom skin section and youll also be able to a attach a picture to your post as long as it is not to large.

I'm disappointed.  I was expecting a joke.  Or a picture of a spitfire with its wings back to front or something. :(

i think you are referring to the twin aerodynamic chest fairings?  smooths the airflow over the wings....

The Irish Air Corps had a number of 2 seat Spitfire T9 trainers as well as Seafire IIIs postwar.

Many of those trainers still exist including PV202 which is restored in it's IAC markings.

The Grace Spitfire that flies in it's wartime markings is former IAC as is TE308 owned by Bill Greenwood in the US  There are two others whose serials I can't remember at the moment, one in the US and one flying in England that also were IAC and at least one Seafire III being restored that is ex IAC.

Here is PV202 in it's IAC markings.  Alex Henshaw is in the rear cockpit

Wheres the Harp. No guiness? Come Come now, that wont do, for an Irish Spitty
Forgot who said this while trying to take a base, but the quote goes like this. "I cant help you with ack, Im not in attack mode" This is with only 2 ack up in the town while troops were there, waiting. The rest of the town was down.
