Ive started to like the P-47. To what I think...P-47D-25 is the best turner...while packing the ords and guns... What you guys think is the best?

I prefer the P-47D-25 too, the one used in the french squadron "Lafayette" remembering the squadron composed of american volunteers during WWI. Sentimental choice again I know... :D

The razorback is a good aircraft too, but it is less beautiful. :)

I like the Hellcat...it seems whenever I fly it and I am in a turnfight, I only get my guns knocked out...No parts unless a cannon armed plane is behind me when I am afk or somthing...

Why not just fly the P-38 if you need "some revenge"? It's far better than the N1K2 when it's flown by a capable pilot.

Not quite.... The P-47D-11 is the best turner and the D-40 is the best of D models in terms of performance. Which is why the D-25 is the least flown Jug.

You're not going to get any better by doing what you're doing.  Learn ACM and tactics and you won't have to jump in a N1K2 to "seek revenge".

Also, it's a good reason to get good in the D25.  Its performance really isn't that much different from the D11, it has better visibility, and I am told that it hauls the most ordnance of the 47s, if you're into that sort of thing.

Having said that, the D40 is the most fun.
