The other day I was informed I was to be reported to HTC for cheating.

I upped a jabo to defend a field that had no ordinance and had enemy GVs inb. I dropped my 2 eggs on they heads and rearmed, then dropped 2 more. Right after this, I recieved a PM calling me a fluff'n cheater for rearming. I was wondering if HTC staff has reviewed my case and will be taking action.

I got called a dweeb yesterday just for bombing a GV!

He said I should be brave and come out in a GV (this from an osty)

I had the SOARd people accusing me of cheating the other night, it was funny. Then he said that 'Furball' was just a shade for another guy he accused of cheating called 'Qantas'.

You are not the only one. Every time I shoot members of a certain 1337 squad (and especially a certain memeber of that squad) the "hack/cheat/whatever" accusations start to fly.

"You killed me with one shot, i didnt hurt you!", "You were past me, no way you could have shot me", "It`s impossible to kill a bomber with just a 2sec burst" "You killled me at 2k range" and other crap.

I could laugh about such nonsense, if it weren`t for all that new players startin to believe such things.

I even tried to explain a few times how things work. Where you have to hit a bomber. How to spot a enemy raid on map. Why on a recorded film the bullets seem to miss your plane & you still die. The best answer so far on that: "I am a 54year ex-cop. I recognice a scam when I see it"

Personally, i think that those people who continually make cheat accusations in public should be dealt with the same as cheaters are.

If anything, the accusers will do more damage to the game by constantly making the accusations where others can see it, than (theoretically of course) those people who actually do the cheating.

I don't think you have to worry. I sent an email about someone I think really was cheating and haven't heard back. It's been a month.

I personally know of at least one individual caught cheating by setting up a H2H room that didn't have the 8 man limit... one of his rooms had 16 people on. He was permanently banned.

IMHO HT and Staff do a fine job... Neva have so few done so much for so many.... OOOPS! Was that already used??

I think you should have to be an account holder for a year before you can report someone for cheating . Most newbs will report someone just because they know very little about the game ( or ACM ) .
