TracerX
22:07:52 Departed from Field #31 in a Gunner-Observer
22:09:37 Arrived Safely at Field #32
22:10:00 Departed from Field #32 in a Gunner-Observer
22:14:11 Arrived Safely at Field #32
22:14:27 Departed from Field #32 in a Gunner-Observer
22:44:40 Arrived Safely at Field #27
22:48:19 Departed from Field #27 in a Gunner-Observer
22:55:41 Arrived Safely at Field #30

The 'Arrived Safely' counted as 4 landings in this case.  1 pilot.

Just read the logs a little. Just takes a little work.

Krusty on math. What if there are only 10 folks on? 4 on one team and 2 on each other team?

Meh, I've explained that one plenty of times. Just goes to show I don't even care if I can't remember the reference.

Drone: I didn't realize observers counted as "landing" -- thanks for the tip!

TracerX, I was a 262 in a 9 o'clock low almost vertical high speed slashing attack on a b17. It should have been nearly impossible for me to take any hits from that angle but still some bugger hit my oil. I landed several hits on the wing but it never came off the bomber. I did RTB and did land safely, despite 2 P51Ds orbiting airfields NOE inside the ack, waiting to vulch people. Sorry to disappoint :)

We dont mess around when it comes to gunning buffs. 1 pilot downed 2 of the leet 262s, really was a fun run. even though we suffered massive losses.

I was one of those 51's but I wasn't orbiting the field. The other 51 called out your position, I was close so I rolled that way. Funny thing is, once I tried to engage you, 8 109/190's decided to drop in from the stratosphere and proceeded to remove my wings.

I just wanted it said that we weren't there "waiting to vulch people". One was chasing you and the other joined in to help. Then got pounced by your posse. :)

Apparently, one in five people in the world are Chinese. And there are five people in my family, so it must be one of them. It's either my mum or my dad. Or my older brother, Colin. Or my younger brother, Ho-Chan-Chu. But I think it's Colin. - Tim Vine.

Oh. Okay, it just looked like you both came off the runway.. I was thinking "wtf? Did that P51 just take off???" but you were both way too fast for that. Sorry for that comment then :)

Lucky for me I passed the 68 fellas moments before, was relaying to them the bomber stream location, and was able to ask for a little help.

Just before the last surviving p51 broke from my six my engine died. Not sure if I could have outrun you on the deck with 1 engine (I'd rather not attempt it, to learn!).

Broke from your 6?

I was forced. :)

I had planned on plinking your good engine with my .50cals until it, too, smoked like the Marlboro Man.

Funny thing is, the other 51 that relayed your position, left the area just as the "bouncers" rained from the heavens.

Krusty, you landed the plane, and that never dissappoints.  I chewed my fingernails all the way to the first Knuckle worrying about those 262's.  At the end when there was nothing but Allies in the air, I was feeling that things had gone terribly bad, but it all worked out in the end.  Don't worry, I would still stick you back in the seat of a 262 if I had to do it all over again.
