P-38J Skin name "20FG/79FG" by Jager
The lines & rivets are to bright for this skin.
In my humble opinion, they should be just a tad bit darker.

My only complaint to a otherwise godly skin.

Problem with that 38J is that it is not even remotely historically correct for a 20th FG P38. It's really and OD/Gray bird.

But it seems to have a following cause it's black

How could anyone think thats historically accurate? Totally inaccurate markings (no 20th J ever had the red outline, they came along in January 1944), completely imaginary paintjob (the only black 38s were M's, which never saw combat), a name no 20th Lightning ever carried, and 14 meatballs on a supposedly ETO fighter?

If they're gonna release that crap, might as well allow training skins and experimentals too, at least those were real.

Honestly black planes just say "death" to me.
I dunno why, i look back and see a black fighter on me,i already figure im dead.

Then again, i fly this skin on my 38' and i cant get enough of it.

Well if it's so badly inaccurate, why can't we just get HTC to remove it?

They yanked a yak or la7 or something because it was the wrong version, or inaccurate, or something like that.

I think jager had compromising photos of skuzzy and/or pyro to get it included in the first place, so I think our best bet is to come up with a better P-38J to replace it.
