It could be a money spinner in the overweight and sheep deprived northern hemisphere, plus Mexicans could tie all their stuff to the handles and use them as flotation devices when crossing the Rio Grand- it's a deep river, right?

You have to figure out a way to make the pizza in a cup pourable, so you can eat it with one hand while driving or drinking beer. Forget the spoon.

Servings: 9

Directions
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Unroll dough. Press or roll into 12-inch square; cut into 9 (4-inch) squares. Grease 9 muffin cups. Press each square evenly in bottom and up sides of each greased muffin cup, forming rim over edge of muffin cups. In medium bowl, combine pizza sauce, ground beef and pepperoni. Spoon sauce mixture evenly into prepared muffin cups. Bake at 375ºF for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes. Remove from pan.

*Tip: for even baking, fill the 3 empty cups halfway with water.
