help,when i log in i get run aceshigh exe error ive redownloaded the game and such still wont load,new video card game ran great for 3 weeks so im not thinking its that its a radeon x800 pro,could be a microsoft thing but i cannot figure out were thanks in advance for any help

When you get the error that pops up saying "Windows has encountered an error" -- write it down on a pad with pencil, then come here and post what it says. All of it.

when it ask if you want to send to report error to microsoft i can go in and get some kind of report but its just garble numbers to me

You don't need to report it, you need to click "Details..." if it has that.
