Just for fun, I thought I would see who has managed to keep themselves still alive through the first two frames. The qualifications I used are:

1. Pilots who actually flew both frames
2. Pilots whe Landed, Bailed (Not captured), or Discoed did not loose their life.
3. Observer deaths and kills (if any) were not counted.
