Went to the library to get access to the online edition of the 2005 Guinness Book of World records. On about page 55 if anyone wants to double check.
Only states that during Air Force tests in 1960, men were able to endure temperatures of 400 degrees F while naked and up to 500 degrees F when heavily clothed.
Doesn't give a project, nor any other reference. Sucks!
