no, terragen can't really do things like that. i only used terragen once
i just search for backgrounds, toy with them in photoshop if needs be, perhaps add some highlights to clouds (like this one) etc.
this photo actually came from a thread at screenshotart.com, it was posted as the stock photo for the 'edit this competition'
JB, if you're interested in these, take a look at that website. it's really not that complicated, nothing like terragen or anything
just finding a nice background on the net that isn't copyrighted, cutting the plane from the screenshot, and doing some light editing (lighting effects, propellors, things like that
)
it's a lot of fun, and if you have the time, give it a go, it's quite addictive
if you need any help getting started, just holler. it's easier to pick up than you think, especially if you have some photoshop experience (you can use any decent image editing software, photoshop, paint shop pro, gimp etc.)
