Support full normal FOV on something less than specified resolution.
Basically I'm saying if I have a wide-aspect monitor (e.g. mine is 1680x1050)... and if I configure AH for that resolution, instead of clipping (or as as an option to clipping), simply output the correct aspect and full FOV and leave black bars on the left and right. This shouldn't be TOO big a change to the software/engine, and saves the user a LOT of horsing around with video card settings, monitor scaling options, etc.
