Shifty I don't know you, but I did two tours over in the sand box. I was lucky enough to spend my time in the air and not get so much as a scratch. I hope your son pulls though. It is a tough road ahead, but have no fear. Your boy is a soldier. He has the strength to pull though anything. All he needs is love and encouragement to fight. And I have no doubt he gets that from you and the rest of his family. Your family and him will be in my prayers. God speed and hooah.

<> Back at you VWE, Thomas was operating out of Camp Victory. You sir are certainly in Indian Country stay safe. BBBB thank you for your service as well. Phaser, feeding another soldier a steak was the least we could do. You would have done the same.
This place is is something else, everybody pulls together. I've had other mothers and fathers keep an eye on Thomas so I could grab a bite to eat during the darker weeks. I wish all of America could see this place, and what goes on here. it is inspirational.

I'm rooting for you Sketch. Our oldest son Travis is due to return to Iraq, or go to Afghanistan this calender year. For some reason his unit hasn't been told which one yet. Plus we have a daughter in law in the USMC slated for Iraq in August. I'll be glad when all of you guys are home safe...........All the best to you sir you'll be in our prayers.

Thank you Bug. I hope I can remember how to climb into the cockpit.

Hopefully one day we can play with/against your son here in Aces High II. I can see him landing kills now, "Winner" lands 4 victories...........

Hats off to you for raising such a family.

If you ever need anything in the local area, be it an AH2 partner or someone to buy you a round, drop me a line.  I'm stationed over at Randolph for another 4 or 5 months.

That's my hope too. I'm an old Air Force guy so I have always been attracted to air combat. Thomas' MOS was 19 Kilo , a tanker.............  I can get him in the game, but I don't know if I can keep him out of the damn panzers.:D
