• Flat tax rate. Everyone pays the same. Since the state will be a minimalistic one the relative impact on low income people will not be severe.
• No subsidies. None. Farmers and IT-companies are equals - if you can't earn enough to keep your business running, it shouldn't be. If you can't sell your crops, the state won't sell it for you.
• No trade barriers. Third world country will have direct access to the market, provided this is reciprocated.
• No religion, be it Christianity, buddhism, flying spaghetti monsterism or whatever will in any way or form be encouraged or highlighted by the state. 'In God We Trust' to be replaced with "In [insert preference here] We Trust" and you'll get a pen at the bank to fill out the blank
• Campaign reform. Private companies, individuals and organisations may donate to a big warchest for elections. This is divided evenly amongst parties that have passed a certain treshhold percentage for votes, with ways of being introduced to this group.
• Tort reform. You won't get a gazillion from suing anyone. Since common sense isn't common, any amount beyong a set limit will go to an independently run foundation. Companies that mess up can still get sued big time but lawyers and private person won't directly get their hands on the money.
• Tax breaks for companies that come up with ways to help alleviate the dependency on oil.
• Tax penalties for businesses that adjust their operating modes to better make a profit in totalitarian regimes. Yes, that means you, Google.
• Sponsored special interest loans available for higher education. The higher educated people make more money. Stronger economy means more money for the state (flat percentage tax rate and all) which equals better public services and a stronger military.
• Higher minimum wages. Lower welfare checks. There has to be an incentive.
• High penalties for people using 'illegal workers'. If you can't run your business without paying your employees properly, you either suck or are in a non competitive field. Level playing ground for everyone. Plus, we want to tax those workers and we have a flat rate going.  Pay up.
• No death penalty. If you can't get it 100% right 100% of the time, it's too absolute. Can't afford it anyway because of the low flat rate tax thing.
• For every hour spent in community service a set amount of $ is deducted from your taxes. Now there's an incentive for you to be 'good'
• People yelling 'GOGOGOGO GO MOTHERF**** GO YOU'RE HOSING MY SPOT MAN" on jumprun will have to wait another minute. And then jump whether the spot is over a swamp, alligator farm or an active volcano by that time

cut taxes for everyone by one third. the first year... continue cutting till there are no government programs save the courts and the army.

you want a religious scene on your holliday?   pay for it and put it out on city halls or federal land... everyone is free to do so.

Any federal judge who can't site the constitution for his decision will be removed.

schools should be allowed by the state but if any taxes are used to fund them then it must be on a pure vocher system... no one will be forced to go to or pay for a public school.

mac and the other liberals would never be allowed to infringe on individual rights.

No limits on the amount, but no organisation should be allowed to donate money, only private citizens . The idea is... only those who vote should be able to contibute money. All donations should be publicly disclosed.
