uhh news flash - I'm in Grapevine now! :) Actually I was in B/CS  last weekend for that museum of the American GI reenactment. That was fun.

Those planes are over at Love feild in Dallas right now, I presume flying out sometime tomorrow afternoon. I wish I'd known about it earlier.

Saw them when they were here and got a walk thru on all three for only $10.
Does 'Nine O Nine' still have the wind damage to the tail?

JETS ARE FOR KIDS

Picture of the nose of 'Nine O Nine'.
I asked and they said that was a real Norden bombsight also.

Question, when inside the B-17 I noticed gauges on the outside of the engine cowlings. This aftermarket or did the have them during WW2?

The red plaque says 'JETS ARE FOR KIDS'

I saw the 17 and 24 many years ago. I have a bunch of photos that I may post up. I also have some photos of a different b25...I'll have to dig these up. It was fun seeing the b25 buzz the field and come in for a landing :)

Hey guys, I got to go out to shoot these planes on Wednesday when they came in and today when they left. All my stuff is in HD. As soon as I can get everything down converted, I'll try to throw some shots together and maybe get the video posted somewhere providing I can make it all work and still look good.

If anything I know I can make still frames from the video, so at some point I can at least post some pics.
