I don't really think this is a bug so I am posting it here.
This problem was described by Travis (06.23)as:
Even before 1.03 and patch I have been unable to use mouse selection of fields in either the map room or tower. Selecting in the map room (list or map itself)would cause a different coloured (color never was correct you know) ;-) circle to appear around the selected field but no movement was initiated.
Hitech's solution was:
Go into regedit and check the following value
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Microsoft\Input Devices\Mouse in this foulder there should be a varible
DoubleClickTime with a binary type .
If its set to zero set it it a value of hex 0x000001f4 i.e. (500) this is 500 ms double click speed.
I am experiencing this same problem. But I do not have this entry in my registry. Can this entry be added? Is there someway to alter this setting without having to edit the registry, as editing the registry gives me the shakes.
