I know the people who run the hotel. (We could put up 20 to 30 people easy)

I know the people who run the tavern. (we could set a 'reasonable' price for beer)

I know the people who run the Party Place. (we could, maybe, set it up for LAN and internet access if I talk real nice to Verizon California)

I believe Skuzzy already said it'll be in Baghdad this year... satelite internet connection, 115 in the shade, bottled water for your morning shower, no alcohol or porn though more sheep than you can shake a stick at!
