Is it possible to adjust default server dropout?
« on: December 18, 2001, 12:20:00 AM »
I have been trying to deal with a problem of  "Host Connection Lost" problems.  Lag on my dial-up is a problem with pings > than 1 sec on occasions (yeah death is a way of life with me).

Is it possible to tweak the default setting to reduce the number of complete dropouts?  If I have RW running I have to reboot the machine if kicked.  This keeps me off for 5-10 minutes at a stretch.  Horrifically painful!!!   It also costs me a local call charge each time.

I have dropped out 20+ times in last 3 days.  Prior to this time - it was a rare event.
I get really really tired of selective realism disguised as a desire to make bombers easier to kill.
