Sukhoi Su-35   3D vectored thrust and it is the world most manuverable fighter aircraft. In a close in gun fight this thing would eat the F-22 for lunch.

Speaking of which, has anyone ever noticed that whenever they use an imaginary plane or substitute a NATO plane for a "MiG" (Top Guns "MiG-28" for example), its almost always given an even number, while real production MiG's have odd (3, 7, 9, 17, 17, 21, 25, 29...) number designators?
Treize (pronounced 'trays')- because 'Treisprezece' is too long and even harder to pronounce.

luckly for Serenity I only do catch and release....

have you ever looked at the SU-35 and say if a F-15 and F-16 had kids it would look like the SU-35.

Treize,  I think they use the even numbers for bombers?  IL-28, Tu-22, etc
Firefox used the Mig-31

Yak is still around, just not a very popular plane company anymore. Check out the Yak-130. They have also been making civilian and commerical planes.
