Windows rt click menu.

This is not AH related but it is technical.
On my old computer I erased some stuff with add/remove before giving it to my sister.
Now when you right click on the desktop here is no 'new' option to make any new type of file or folder.
I did notice when you right click ON a file or folder the new option is available.
Sounds like some bit somewhere or a setting went from off to on or vice versa or a resgistry snafu.

Any help?

Thanks I'll give it a shot.

If it doesn't work I'll still give it a shot, but this shot will be a 12 gauge to the computer.
