Are those headlights???

if so, why?

don,t think i,ve seen them in any other photo of an A-26.

A-26 Night fighter????

Actually in Korea the B-26 Invader was used extensively for night ground target interdiction.  The A designator was removed prior to 1950 and they were given the B designator but were old A-26's.
