after playing AH, i cant open up anything else

hey,

after ive finished playing aces high and i quit the game, i get an error saying

" Aces High has cause a error in (unknown)"

or something similar to that. after that happens i have to restart the computer because whenever i try to open up other programs i get errors and it doesnt let me open them up. it doesnt even let me play AH without restarting the computer. It gives me some Runtime error.

I dont know what to do about this i need some help

Are you guys using Roger Wilco?  If you are, either switch to AH voice, or set RW to "wav recording" instead of Direct Sound.  Using Direct Sound with DX 8 or newer will result in an error when exiting AH.

It's usually caused by having Roger Wilco set to "autostart" or "enable hosting" under the AH RW settings.  Make sure those two items aren't set and it should work ok.
