100th BG and 381st BG B-17Gs

I have been working on an aluminum B-17.  Since I am a "fan" of the 100th BG I did one of those, and added another 17 with some more color.  Below are screen shots of the two 17s.   I have excellent color photos of the 381st bird from both sides on the same day!

The 381st bird is "Sleepy Time Gal".

The 100th bird is "Miss Con Duct".

If you are paying close attention you will notice that the aluminum on the two planes was done differently.  Here is a close up of them both.

Sleepy Time Gal

Miss Con Duct

MCD has a layer of white in there trying to lighten it up some.  While STG has a layer of blue blended in.

I would appreciate opinions on which one is best or whether both look ok.

Thanks

They both look great but I'd say the bluer aluminium effect on Sleepy Time Gal works better Fencer.
