The Winner is!?

Just got offline,and from the answers I got from folks online,and with the exit poll....I'm now prepared to announce,the P39 is going to be the winner of the vote!The margin will be nearly 2-1.Convincing enough I believe.
A lot of people were moaning about wasting a vote,or being tricked by false information on the BB.To them I say research your material!
We have a new plane,and everyone is  the winner!Enjoy it!

There will be whinning regardless of which plane wins.  My first choice was knocked out in the first round.

Like you, I will be happy just to have something new.

I suspect that quite a large proportion of AH subscribers do not visit this BBS.

One cannot predict how different the BBS-readers' and non-BBS-readers' wishes might be. However, my own bet is that an average non-BBS-reader might not be so deeply interested in this hobby or WW2 aviation, thus probably just voting the more well known plane :(

IF the margin really were 2-1, the B-25 would not have made it to the finals. It would have been eliminated early on.

I think it will be much closer than these forum polls show, simply because the sample is far too small to represent the entire AH subscriber base.

What about the others that couldn't believe the results of the previous votes. Just because you talked to certain players that were in favor of your choice DOESN'T mean its the same for everyone else.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

Actually the ones I chatted with were a mixed bag.The P39 will win because it's a fighter,deserves a spot in the plane set,and it's the best choice.If AH would continue using a popular vote to determine what planes got into the plane set,I believe a buff would have a hard time getting in.The B25 deserves credit for doing as well as it did.

I agree, it will probably be close. Not everybody that votes in the sim comes to the BBS.

If a buff would have a hard time getting in then why isn't the final 2 choices between a fighter and a fighter?
